Analisa and Connor had such a fun wedding day, with lots of colorful details and personal touches throughout.
Analisa got ready in a robe and pajamas that were made from her mother’s wedding dress, which I thought was such a sweet way to incorporate something from her parents’ wedding day into her own.
She wanted a wildflower-inspired wedding, and all of the flowers came from a local flower farm. The bridesmaids also wore completely different colors, which looked so pretty with all of the colorful flowers.
Before Mass, Analisa and Connor shared their first look inside Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Newport, KY. They chose to do their first look in front of the tabernacle because being in the presence of Jesus for that moment was important to them. I loved this option for a first look; it was so prayerful, special and private.
After their first look, we took a few portraits and then got ready for their Nuptial Mass. It was beautiful, especially since they have been attending Mass there as a couple during their years dating and throughout their engagement.
After Mass we went into Cincinnati for portraits at Lytle Park before heading to their reception at The Spot on West Fifth.
The reception was a lot of fun, with plenty of dancing and a few surprises—including a piñata! But not just any piñata. It was the One Ring from Lord of the Rings, which I don’t think I have ever seen at a wedding before!
Analisa and Connor, we loved spending the day with you two and capturing all of the little details that made your wedding so uniquely yours. Enjoy reliving your day!
Xoxo,
Laura
