Snowy Winter Engagement Session in Steubenville | Casey + Zachary

There’s something about snowy portraits that is just magical! Last week there was a large snowfall and everyone was excited about a snow day.  I was even more excited about the fact that Casey and Zachary’s engagement session just happened to be scheduled that day! Fresh fallen snow for an engagement session? Yes, please!

Casey and Zachary are seriously such a joy to be around.  As you’ll see through their images, laughter flooded their engagement session and we loved spending time getting to know them.  They have know each other since they were children, as Casey’s brother was close friends with Zachary.  It was actually Casey’s brother who suggested they give it a chance and it all fell into place perfectly.  Aren’t those just the best stories? Learning how God has worked in the lives of our couples, bringing them together, is one of my favorite parts of my job. It reaffirms my trust that God truly works for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

When Casey and I were discussing their engagement session in downtown Steubenville, she asked if she could bring along her adorable dog named Odie. There was no hesitation on my part….YES. Of course!! Sweet Odie was such a fun addition to their session and he was just as thrilled as we were about the snow!

Casey and Zachary, to say we loved getting to know you is an understatement.  We had SUCH a blast with you two and we just know your wedding day in October is going to be spectacular!! We can not wait to celebrate with you both!
