With our busy fall wedding schedule, one of our weddings brought us to Western NY. It worked out well to meet up with Katherine and Daniel that weekend while we were in town. These two are such a joyful, sweet couple. They met while both were serving in the Air Force and have been together for over 6 years. Katherine suggested we meet at the Stella Niagara Preserve which is a beautiful nature preserve along the Niagara river with stunning views of the water after it has passed over the falls. Even though I grew up in this neck of the woods, it still blows my mind that we can stand there, and just gaze across the water at another country. I think living in Ohio for so long has made this fact even more interesting to me and I was excited to tell my kids about this fact. “Hey kids, there’s Canada!” They have been learning about the globe with its continents and countries. So their education was coming alive before them, homeschooling win!
But I digress, let’s get back to this amazing couple and their engagement session! Katherine and Daniel told me all about the places they have lived while serving in the military. We hit it off so well with them, we had so much in common and our conversation flowed so well, I could have hung out with them all day! We joked that their engagement session was sponsored by Tim Horton’s and the rosary (both of which you will see featured below!)
We are so excited about their wedding next summer. They both have fallen in love with the Traditional Latin Mass and have become regulars at a parish in Buffalo. We can’t wait to spend the day with them for their June wedding! Enjoy scrolling through this beautiful fall engagement session, I was blown away by the gorgeous colors of the trees!

Laura
