Summertime engagement sessions at Ault Park are always a treat.  The greens are so lush and vibrant. There’s warm sunshine and summery flowers. I met up with Lauren and Josh at Ault Park on a lovely evening in June. It was such a joy to meet these two. They are both so joyful and fun, conversation was so easy and natural.  It made for such an enjoyable engagement session!

These two met while on a retreat in college at Purdue University. They became friends and then eventually started dating.  Josh proposed to Lauren on a very chilly day in February outside of an iconic church in Cincinnati, Holy Cross Immaculata. This fall, they will be married in another iconic church, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains, here in Cincinnati!

A funny thing of note that you can’t tell from these images. When we arrived at the park, a bicycle race was already underway! Other than a little difficulty finding parking, it didn’t affect the session, but it was funny to hear the racers buzzing by and the crowds cheering during their session!
