Cherry Blossom Engagement Session in Steubenville Ohio | Teresa + Daniel

With the smell of cherry blossoms in the air and the sun peeking out of  from behind the clouds, we met Teresa and Daniel  for their engagement session on the campus of Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio.  These two met at this university while they were students though throughout their time at college they were just good friends. After graduation they parted ways, though kept in contact via text. Those text conversations turned to phone calls and eventually they realized that this friendship had turned into something more.

After three years of dating, Daniel recreated their first date and proposed! Matthew and I loved hearing about their relationship, how it began and developed.  Matthew has surprised me a few times by recreating our first date, it’s so sweet and I loved hearing about how Daniel did that for Teresa!

I actually met Teresa while I was still in college.  When I was a senior I was the RA on Teresa’s wing of the dorm so I got to know her initially then. And I’ve gotten to know Daniel over the past year or so because he works at my favorite local coffee shop, Leonardo’s. I was so excited when I found out these two got engaged! They are so sweet and so down to earth! We had such a good time hanging out with them at their engagement session and we are so pumped for their wedding this fall!
