A Countryside Wedding in Bloomingdale, Ohio
When Bridget first told me about her unique schedule for her wedding day, I was SO intrigued. I had never heard of a wedding with dinner first and ceremony second! But after photographing their beautiful wedding day, I can tell you, it totally worked! And we still had time for gorgeous sunset photos! Win win!
Bridget told me, in her bridal questionnaire that I send to each of my brides, that all she wanted for her wedding day was to spend it with friends and family. Just being with those they love was enough. This speaks a lot about who Bridget and Charlie are as people. Their relationships with friends and family are truly precious to them and just the gift of presence was enough to make their day! After spending the day with their bridal party and families, I now know that they are a group of genuine fun loving people! Their bridal party was amazing, so much laughter and joy. Matthew and I said that the best man speech was probably the one of the funniest we had ever heard!
Bridget put so much time and thought into every detail of her wedding day. There was intention behind each choice she made, right down to the gifts she gave and the vendors she chose. The entire day went so smoothly and everyone I talked with was just so excited to be there to celebrate the love between Charlie and Bridget. The ceremony and reception took place at The Countryside in Bloomingdale, Ohio. There were rolling hills which made for the perfect backdrop for their sunset photos!
Charlie and Bridget, we absolutely LOVED celebrating the day with you and we hope you are having a BLAST in Scotland…. we are just a wee bit jealous!! (Scotland is one of our FAVORITE countries to visit! We went there on our honeymoon!!) We hope you have fun reliving your day as you scroll through the beautiful images on your blog post!
