I SO enjoyed getting to know this sweet family of 7!! I had met Amy a few times but it was at their session that I learned that she and her husband Greg have 5 kids and that they were originally from Minnesota! I loved chatting with them about MN since Matthew is from there!! It was so wonderful to meet all their sweet children too….they have awesome Irish names!! We had a great time, enjoying the last of the warm fall weather and playing in the field behind Franciscan University. I loved their jewel toned outfits, perfect for a fall family session!

When Julie reached out to me about her scheduling her fall family photos, she mentioned that they were expecting a new baby in February!! SO EXCITING! I photographed this family last year and boy, that day was COLD! Her kids were such troopers and we had a great time last year!! Thankfully this year it was incredibly warm, sunny and the fall foliage at Settlers Cabin Park in Pittsburgh, PA was stunning!!

At Holy Family Catholic Church in Steubenville, precious little Roma Oliviana Marie was welcomed into the Catholic Church through baptism recently and I was so privileged to be asked to capture this incredibly special moment in her life.

Jenn and Jamie recently celebrated 10 years of marriage by renewing their vows! Jenn works with Matthew and she reached out me to schedule an anniversary session. They included their sweet dogs in their session and we used a beautiful location across from their home in Unionport, OH.

When all the element come together for a family session, I get giddy and can’t wait to edit the images! That’s how it was for the Renn family’s family photos in Steubenville, OH.

And now there are 3!! Gosh I have loved documenting the Recznik family over the last two years!! Getting to watch them grow and add more children, it’s such a joy! At their first session, Damien was a newborn and now he’s a big brother to little Naomi! These three children are so so sweet! They love each other so purely and that definitely flows from the great love they see and receive from their parents.

I thoroughly enjoyed Corey’s senior portrait session in Steubenville OH. We decided to use the campus of Franciscan University and it was a great choice! The trees were all brightly colored and this was where his parents met!! During his session I got to chat with his mother and found out that his father is from the town in NY where Matthew and I had our wedding reception! What a small world!!

I met the Deller family two years ago. I had just started my photography business and they had just adopted Charlotte and Jack from China. They had asked me to photograph their family and I was beyond honored to take their first photos as a family of 5. It was so incredibly special!! Adoption is something that is so near and dear to my heart as I have 9 adopted siblings from all over the world!

When Maggie suggested Beaver Creek State Park for her fall family session, I was so excited! I had never been there before but I had heard it was beautiful! And gosh, guys this place was amazing!! As I drove into the park, I was overwhelmed with the colorful leaves, the historic buildings, the peaceful creek and the picturesque bridges.

These two have the sweetest love story….they are high school sweethearts who grew up in the same town, went to college together and now they are getting MARRIED!! They have been together for 8 years and are so so sweet. When they got engaged, Leo posted a photo and wrote “She didn’t believe me when I told her I was gonna marry her when we were 14”…..how CUTE is that?!!?!?!
