On the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, high school sweethearts Lauren and Charlie were married in a church dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Their story began years ago with friendship and young love, growing deeper through the years—even while they were long distance during college. All of those years of knowing, loving, and choosing one another led them to this beautiful day.
Their wedding day culminated in a beautiful Traditional Latin Mass Nuptial Mass at Sacred Heart Church in Cincinnati. Surrounded by their family and friends, they entered into the Sacrament of Matrimony and began their new life together as husband and wife. It was a beautiful and solemn Mass, one filled with sacred polyphony, rising incense, and silent prayer.
As Cincinnati Catholic wedding photographers, we love getting to photograph weddings where the Mass is truly at the heart of the day. Lauren and Charlie’s Traditional Latin Mass was filled with so many beautiful and meaningful moments, and Sacred Heart was the perfect setting for their wedding. Fun fact, Sacred Heart is part of our home parish so it was truly a treasure to be photographing a wedding at a church that feels like home to us.
God blessed them with a beautiful sunny day, and somehow the entire day seemed to fly by. We ended their day at The Madison Event Center. They had different food stations around the room so their guests could choose from a wide variety of options! And their cake was delicious! Each layer was a different flavor! I couldn’t believe it when it was time to go, the day just flew by and ran so smoothly, it was a joy to document the beginning of this new family.
